Steve has a long-standing practice of handling both court and office matters. He appears in court for you and will take care of traffic cases, driving while license revoked, DWI, and misdemeanor criminal cases. In many situations, the client will not need to appear in court as Steve can handle the matter satisfactorily without the need of the client's presence. He has handled thousands of traffic cases in High Point and Greensboro, and in the surrounding counties. Steve can handle felony matters in District and Superior Court. Steve also handles Driver's License Restoration matters. If you are charged with a DWLR, we may be able to resolve the current case and take care of the old matters so that your license can be restored. Over the years, Steve has helped many clients get back their right to drive in North Carolina. In addition, Steve handles divorce, child visitation, and child custody cases. These cases, except for simple divorce, require the client's appearance for a hearing in court. With proper preparation and good counsel, this appearance can be less stressful and your results can be enhanced. Steve has an office practice involving the closing of numerous real estate matters such as purchases and refinances. He also handles the preparation of wills and trusts and complete estate work associated with them. Steven E. Foskett, Attorney At Law, looks forward to helping you resolve your legal case.
